Bred by Peter Greenway in 2015, ‘Josudi Pluto’ is a miniature semi-cactus dahlia with bold purple blooms that demand attention. Its spiky yet slightly flattened petals create a vibrant starburst form, perfect for adding contrast and drama in the garden.
