**Dahlia Tubers Sales & Shipping Disclaimer: Terms & Conditions **

  1. **Tubers Condition**
  • All tubers are inspected for health and viability before shipping. However, we cannot guarantee that the blooms will look exactly like those you see online, as this depends on proper care, growing conditions, hours of Sunlight and soil quality. The more care and attention you give them, the better they will perform.
  1. **Shipping Dates**
  • Shipping typically occurs in the spring, starting on September 23rd. We plan to begin shipping a week ahead of this date (estimate). Orders will be shipped in the order they were received, and where possible, based on the viability of the tubers.
  1. **No International Shipping**
  • We currently ship tubers only within NZ. Orders outside this area cannot be fulfilled.
  1. **Risk of Damage**
  • We take care to package tubers securely, but we are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping carriers or extreme temperatures during transit. If possible, please try to receive the parcel in person and check the tubers immediately for any damage. Inform us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
  1. **Non-Refundable Shipping Fees**
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, regardless of any delays or issues with the carrier. If you have any special instructions for your parcel, please include them in the order comments or email us. We will try to adhere to these instructions but cannot guarantee them, as the courier service is not under our control.
  1. **Limited Warranty**
  • We offer a limited warranty for replacement only if the tubers are deemed non-viable upon arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide photo evidence of the tubers’ condition. You must return the entire parcel without removing any contents. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  1. **Non-Returnable Product**
  • Due to the nature of live plant material, all sales are final. Tubers cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
  1. **Growing Zone Responsibility**
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their region’s growing conditions and temperatures are suitable to plant out the Dahlia tubers. We encourage planting tubers in small pots indoors or undercover and then planting them outside when the weather is warmer. Should a tuber fail after sprouting due to adverse growing conditions, we are not liable in any form or way.
  1. **Address Accuracy and Shipping Options**
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • We have provided multiple shipping options to give the best estimate for getting the goods to the customer. If the wrong shipping option is selected, we will contact you for the difference in shipping costs. If the difference is not paid within 3 working days, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
  1. **Live Plant Material**
  • Dahlia tubers are live plant material, and their condition can vary vastly due to environmental factors. If any tuber variety does not meet our quality standards before shipping, we reserve the right to remove that variety from the order. In such cases, we will contact the customer to offer either a refund or an exchange for another available variety, based on stock availability.
  • Dahlia tubers come in various shapes and sizes—large, small, tiny, plump, or shriveled. While we cannot guarantee uniformity in size or the condition of the tubers, we assure you that they will sprout. Regardless of the tuber’s appearance, the plants will bloom beautifully, resembling the parent plant.

Note: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined above. Please only proceed with your order if you accept these conditions.
