Refund Policy for Dahlia Tubers
At Dahlias NZ, we take pride in providing high-quality dahlia tubers to our valued customers. We understand that, despite our best efforts, there may be instances where a tuber does not sprout as expected. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following refund policy for unsprouted tubers:

Eligibility for Refund:
- If any dahlia tuber purchased from us fails to sprout within 30 days of planting, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving the tubers.

How to Request a Refund:
- Please contact us at dahliasnz@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the tuber(s) in question, if possible.
- We will review your request and, if the tuber is confirmed as unsprouted, we will issue a refund for the cost of the tuber(s).

Refund Terms:
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the unsprouted tuber(s) only.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.

Conditions:
- Tubers must be planted in well-draining soil and cared for according to the planting and care instructions provided.
- This refund policy applies only to tubers that do not sprout due to natural factors and does not cover damages caused by improper planting, storage, or environmental conditions such as frost or flooding.
