Dahlia Diamond Eunice P is a radiant jewel of the garden, named in heartfelt tribute to the late Eunice Penman, a beloved patron and judge of the Timaru Dahlia Circle. This exceptional small ball variety is a masterpiece of soft, sunset hues, featuring an iridescent pink shimmer on the underside of its petals that contrasts beautifully with a warm apricot and dark salmon interior. Each bloom is a perfectly sculpted globe of color, held aloft on remarkably strong, long stems that make it as much a treasure for the exhibition bench as it is for a summer bouquet.
Blooms: 10 – 12 cm
Height: 90 – 120cm
Grower: Lawrence, Ray (New Zealand) , 2015
Dahlias should be planted after the risk of frost has passed and will continue to bloom from early summer until mid-autumn. For optimal growth and flowering, choose a sunny spot to plant the tubers, as Dahlias thrive in full sun.
