Sandra, also known as ‘Pink Sylvia’, is a long-standing garden favourite renowned for its profusion of rose-pink, ball-shaped blooms with delicately frosted petal edges. The flowers, measuring around 3.5 to 4 inches across, are carried on tall, strong stems that make them perfect for cutting—whether for floral arrangements or simply to encourage more blooms through regular deadheading.
While some plants may reach up to 1 metre tall, others stretch to 5 feet, making them ideal for mid-to-back border plantings. Vibrant and prolific, ‘Sandra’ brings a cheerful, bubblegum-pink burst to garden beds and mixes beautifully with whites, purples, and blues. A must-grow for both gardeners and florists.

Dahlias should be planted after the risk of frost has passed and will continue to bloom from early summer until mid-autumn. For optimal growth and flowering, choose a sunny spot to plant the tubers, as Dahlias thrive in full sun.
