Joal Shelbie is a striking new Collerette dahlia introduced in 2023 by renowned breeders John & Jean Cuthbertson of New Zealand. Its vibrant blooms feature a dramatic combination of deep, rich red to maroon outer petals, contrasted by a charming inner collar of smaller petals in delicate shades of white and pale pink. At the flower’s center lies an intricate golden-yellow disc, further accentuating its unique beauty.
