Dahlia Procyon

Dahlia ‘Procyon’ is a radiant and prolific variety that has been energizing gardens for nearly 50 years with its brilliant display. The fully double flowers, measuring 4-5 inches (10-12 cm) wide, are adorned with canary yellow petals tipped in fiery scarlet red. These striking blooms, held atop strong stems, appear from mid-summer until the first frost, gradually transitioning from yellow to red as the season progresses. Growing up to 36 inches (90 cm) tall, ‘Procyon’ makes an impressive cut flower and a standout border plant, adding a vibrant, “stop-the-car” splash of color to both gardens and autumn bouquets.
